Teaching methods

Stress Tolerance Study Unit is part of Self Management Skills. The contact sessions take place at Laurea Leppävaara Campus, starting on Thursday 3.10. at 9.

In addition to contact sessions at Leppävaara, we pay study visits to an art museum ( ticket 5 euro) and Winter Garden in Helsinki.

Preliminary assignment is done and returned in Canvas before the first contact session.
Methods are learning circle and sharing material review.
Using creative methods to enhance learning and managing stress symptoms
Learning diary and reflective writing

Location and time

Stress Tolerance begins at Laurea Leppävaara on Thursday 3.10. at 9. Participation in the first session is essential in order to design the details together with students.
Participants will write jointly a Code of Conduct.
