Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- recognize his/her stress factors
- improve his/her stress management skills
- improve his/her skills in carrying out studies and graduate in time
- manage his/her thesis angst and minimize barries

Location and time

The sessions sre held at Laurea Tikkurila on Tuesdays and Laurea Leppävaara on Thursdays. You can participate the campus most concenient to you.
It is very important to participate the first session:
Laurea Tikkurila on Tuesday 2.10. at 9.00 - 11.30. Class B203.
Laurea Leppävaara on Thursday 4.10. at 12.30 - 15.00. Class 255.

Teaching methods

Stress Tolerance -study unit is addressed primarily to the 3. and 4. year students, who may face stress in study conduction and thesis and in work placements.
Contact sessions mainly in class rooms and in visiting places ( Winter garden, art gallery).
Optima learning space
Some online sessions, too.
