Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- plan, implement and evaluate nursing of patients at different life stages
- assess the need for services and care of vulnerable and multicultural patients
- apply client-centred working methods to improve the inclusion, well-being and rehabilitation of clients
- work in a multidisciplinary team and network taking advantage of shared expertise

Osa 2. VulnerablePeople and Integration of Services (Haavoittuvat asiakkaat ja palvelujen integrointi)
-Opintojaksolla painotetaan erityisesti haavoittuvassa asemassa olevien asiakasryhmien hyvinvoinnin, terveyden ja toimintakyvyn edistämistä
-Haavoittuvia asiakasryhmiä ovat esim. pitkäaikaistyöttömät, erityislapset, nuori haasteellisessa kehitysvaiheessa.
-Näkökulmana on heidän osallisuutensa vahvistaminen.
-Opiskelija harjoittelee erilaisten haavoittuvien asiakasryhmien ryhmäohjauksen suunnittelua, toteutusta ja arviointia.
