Teaching methods
Instruction is based on blended learning. Students can participate in the instruction both at Tikkurila campus or online, as they choose. In other words, students can participate 100% at campus, 100% online, or combine.

Content scheduling
The course helps to understand and conduct qualitative research. It introduces the philosophical grounds of qualitative methodology and different qualitative methods. It increases capabilities to analyse qualitative data. It helps in making methodological choices of and advancing the student’s own thesis project through individual assignments and group exercises. It includes individual coaching with the instructor concerning the methodology of student’s thesis.
