Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- use and apply nontraditional services for client needs
- describe eService concept from his/her own sector's perspective
- analyse and evaluate eServices and explain their meanings within renewal of services
- innovate and develop various eService ideas, or the service processes related to the ideas.
