Teaching methods

This Digital Marketing and Sales project will be carried out as a P2P project in co-operation with the company Bravura Suomi. (www.bravura-suomi.fi) Bravura is a staffing and recruitment company. They match people in the beginning of their careers with available jobs and help businesses find the best new talent.

Our client is Sales Manager Emilia Grön.

Project content: Marketing plan for a newly-launched recruitment start-up

Bravura is a recruitment- and staffing company founded in Sweden 15 years ago. With 15 offices and growing, Bravura is one of the market leaders in the business. During Spring 2023, Bravura Suomi launched their operations in Helsinki, Finland and is looking to build a strong name and brand locally. Bravura’s company values are goal-oriented, trustworthy, inspiring and generous.

Bravura Suomi plays an essential role in providing students with authentic problem-solving experiences. The Project objectives and principles will be defined in client briefing.

This project can also produce knowledge and credits in other modules, such as Project management (PJ), Competence in business and entrepreneruship.

Coaching and communication will be defined and agreed in the beginning of the project.
This project is suitable for blended learning students (monimuoto):
Please note: If the student places in this project are filled, we can place the student in another project that produces the knowhow in the same modules.

Learning materials and recommended literature

Course literature and suitable sources will be discussed and defined in the beginning of the project. Digital Marketing and Sales Canvas study unit includes in this project.
Also, the project´s assignment and targets will be discussed in the beginning of the project.

Important dates

Project meetings will be held on Hyvinkää campus on Thursdays at 9.30-10.30 am.
It is highly recommended to reserve Thursdays for team working days.
The Outlook invitation for the project pre-brief and brief meetings will be send by lecturer in August.

Forms of internationality

Study is suitable for exchange students.

Students workload

1 credit point is approximately 26,7 working hours.
The student will work approximately 16 hours per week for this project; 8 hours for teamwork and 8 hours for independent work. Guidance meeting is approximately one hour a week.

Evaluation criteria will be gone through in the beginning of the project.
Criteria level II is used.

Further information

The project provides similar competences as study units HL00BQ81 Digital Marketing and Sales and HL00BQ82 Data-driven Decision Making. Thus if you have completed this study entity you can not include the these two in your degree.
