Student is able to
- reflect on their experiences from encounters with clients and to recognize their own potential development goals
- list the key components to successful interaction with clients and recognizes and can explain the role of motivating clients as a part of effective client interaction
- explain the principles of Healing communication-method and explain its phases
- successfully apply Healing communication, reflect and evaluate their actions and the using the method in client interaction, and to share their expertise with others
- reflect on challenging client interactions and recognize and discover different solutions to them
- adopt Healing communication in their own work and to apply it to client interactions to support the client
