Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- recognize different wild herbs and be able to present information about these
- promote different ways to use wild herbs in the experience economy
- be able to implement marketing using wild herbs
- market and sell wild herb products to different experience consepts and to be able to execute different styles of wild herb recepies.
