Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- list the main differences between different types of business (startup, traditional and buyout entrepreneurship)
- assess their suitability for oneself, taking into account one's own life situation
- describe the multiple roles of a co-owner in each form of entrepreneurship (startup, traditional and buyout entrepreneurship) separately and able to reflect on and describe the most suitable role for oneself
- compare the practices of acquiring part ownership in different business forms (startup, traditional and buyout entrepreneurship)
- asses the logic of prosperity and the related tax practices in each form of entrepreneurship (startup, traditional and buyout entrepreneurship) separately
- calculate changes in ownership and the probability of prosperity in practice
