Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- describe the basic structure and functions of the nervous system
- describe the human body’s structure and functions from the perspective of biomechanics and exercise physiology
- evaluate the impact of exercise on the human body’s regulatory systems and physical capacity
- apply information on the measurement of a client’s physical capacity and assessment of the client’s ability to take part in exercise
