Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- describe what responsible management and leadership mean in their own and in the work community’s activities
- use management methods suitable for the rehabilitation operating environment and the work community
- utilise knowledge-based management and leadership
- comply with legislation and guidelines governing management and supervisory work
- promote their own and their work community’s well-being at work and occupational safety and health.
