- identify and analyse the factors that increase vulnerability, the related support needs and their significance in nursing
- analyse special issues related to multicultural client work and immigration in social and health care
- identify a trauma-conscious mindset when encountering clients and their families
- promote the agency, participation and rehabilitation of vulnerable clients and their close ones as part of nursing
- describe the service network of vulnerable client groups and related multidisciplinary cooperation
- analyse myths, beliefs and prejudices related to one's own and other people's vulnerabilities and promote the development of positive attitudes
- encounter and guide clients belonging to special groups with a sensitive and sympathetic touch
