The student is able to
- use the basic terms of marketing
- apply the marketing mix framework to an organization responsibly
- acquire customer information, define target groups and describe the customer journey
- negotiate, act and communicate in a customer-oriented manner in service situations
- use tools to manage customer and sales data
- complete a marketing development project
