Teaching methods

The first part of the course (1 credit) consists of a career planning task. Additionally, the first part includes group meetings and, if necessary, PSP discussions.

The second part of the course (1 credit) consists of optional modules. You can choose another task according to your own interests and needs. The themes include, among others, well-being, career aspirations, job search skills and knowledge of the working life, study skills, internationality, entrepreneurship, and future awareness.

Interactive online implementation:
This is study unit is taught fully online. The course includes scheduled teaching or guidance online, which is not recorded. The course requires activity and commitment to interactive learning. Personal feedback will be provided by the teacher on assignments.

This course is an important guidance-oriented course, where you will receive instructions and support for your studies from your teacher-tutor as well as from fellow students in your group. For this reason, participating in the course meetings is highly important.

Professional Development: There are 2 group meetings and, if needed, PSP discussions.

Student workload

The workload of the course is designed so that in order to achieve the intended learning outcomes, one credit point corresponds to an average of 26.7 hours of student work. The actual time required may vary individually, depending on factors such as prior knowledge.

Professional Development: Career planning task, PSP discussions, and group meetings approximately 27 hours, and optional task approximately 27 hours.
