Tavoitteet

The student is able to
- analyse the special needs of client groups and strengthen client inclusion in communities and society
- outline well-being and social problems
- examine social structures that create and maintain social exclusion
- recognise the importance of civic activities in social work

Toteutustapa

This course will be implemented through contact lessons, excursions to service providers and cooperation partners as well as a project.
The main focus areas are on the special needs of client groups for ensuring community and social inclusion; the issues and social stuctures that cause social exclusion; well-being and the importance of civic activities in social work
