Learning outcomes
Student is able to
- regard the specific characteristics of leadership in a intercultural environment
- manage the dynamics of an intercultural team working and communication in given organizational setup
Location and time
The course starts in mid-September. Classes will be held at Tikkurila campus.

The learning material will be given at the beginning of the course.
Teaching methods
The course is carried out with learning sessions (classes) . They consist of presentations and team tasks.
The course aims to increase intercultural awareness, tolerance and understanding so that students could increase their intercultural competences and apply them in real life.
