In Market Entry course you will…
• Understand the business potential in different markets.
• Find information of your target countries and the markets and consumers.
• Optimize the product offering to meet the market needs.
• Create the go-to-market plan for your market.
• Make go-to-market plan with your team: You will plan where your products will be sold, what products, what price levels and WHY?
• Learn visual way to present your findings and work; you will also use social media tool as one of the report method.
This 10 credit course of market entry and international business contain team work in international teams and theoretical background of the topic.
