The student is able to
- use versatile observation and information gathering methods and tools in assessing the need for care of clients of different ages
- integrate evidence-based information and care recommendations in the decision-making process of nursing in outpatient care
- use digital methods and possibilities in a client-oriented manner to support the assessment of need for treatment, decision-making and guidance of clients.
- describe the client’s service network and consult other experts
- direct the client to the right place of care smoothly and at the right time or guide the patient to perform self-care at home
