Multicultural Teamwork in the 21st Century (5op)

Tavoitteet

The student is able to:
- recognize and reflect on features of his/her own cultural values, assumptions and culturally specific behaviour
- apply mental management strategies to enrich multicultural teamwork
- develop his/her own communication strategies for multicultural encounters

Toteutustapa

On this course there are both on-line classes as well as meetings in the classroom in Tikkurila campus. Students have a fairly flexible schedule to create their own workflow.

Aika ja paikka

The course takes place September-November, Wednesday afternoons & evenings. Mandatory attendance 75%, and some lessons are pre-recorded so it creates a more flexible schedule.
