Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- demonstrate knowledge of the principles of an immediate manager’s and immediate supervisor’s work
- demonstrate an understanding of the concepts related to human resource management, practical human resource planning and development of work
- act in a goal-oriented manner in work situations in the organisation
- apply basic legislation on management and the basics of occupational safety and health, and well-being at work
- act in accordance with the ethical principles of the organisation in multicultural work communities
- develop a professional attitude and be a responsible actor in the work community

Teaching methods
Vastuullinen johtaminen työyhteisössä opintojakso toteutus jakaantuu seuraaviin kokonaisuuksiin:
1. Työnantajan lakisääteiset tehtävät 1op
• lait johtamisen tukena
• työsuojelu- ja työhyvinvointi
Toteutus: verkko-opinnot
2. Johtajuus 2 op
• johtajuuden eri muodot
• asioiden ja ihmisten johtaminen
• lähiesimiestyö ja tiimijohtaminen
• arvot johtamisessa
Toteutus: Lähiopetus 4h, verkko-opinnot 50 h
3. Monialaisen työn johtaminen 1 op
• monialaisen työyhteisön lähijohtaminen
• verkostotyön johtaminen
Toteutus: Lähiopetus 4h, verkko-opinnot 23 h
4. Itsensä johtaminen 1 op
• oma johtamistyyli ja sen kehittäminen
• vastuullisuus johtamisessa
Toteutus:lähiopetus 2 h verkko-opinnot 25 h
Exam schedules
Opintojakso alkaa lähiopetuksena toteutettavalla orientaatiolla 3.9.2018.
Opintojakson toinen lähiopetuspäivä on 3.12.2018.
Opintojakson suorittaminen edellyttää osallistumista näihin lähipäiviin.
