Lähikerrat ovat Leppävaaran kampuksella tiistai-iltapäivisin, tarkempi opintojakson aikataulu on Optimassa. Ja työskentelyä on myös itsenäisesti.

Teaching methods
Lähikerroilla, joissa on opinnäytetyöprosessiin liittyviä alustuksia ja ohjausta sekä työpajatyöskentelyä.
Opinnäytetyötä ei voi tehdä täysin itsenäisesti ilman ohjausta.
Employer connections
Jokaisella opinnäytetyöllä tulee olla toimeksiantaja. Opinnäytetyöprosessin alussa opiskelija sopii toimeksiantajan kanssa tarkemmin työn tekemisestä ja toimeksiantajan roolista.

Opinnäytetön orientaatio ja aloitus on tiistaina 4.9. 2018, klo 12.30 alkaen.

Student workload
Opinnäytetyö on työmäärältään noin 400 tuntia opiskelijan työtä. Opinnäytetyö on mahdollista saada valmiiksi puolen vuoden aikana, mikäli oman ajan käyttö sallii intensiivisen työskentelyn.
Content scheduling
Opinnäytetyö alkaa ideoinnilla ja aiheanalyysin tekemisellä. Tämän jälkeen tehdään suunitelma, joka esitetään seminaarissa. Opinnäytetyöprosessin loppuvaiheessa on työstä arvioiva seminaari.

Qualifications
The prerequisite for starting the thesis is that the student has completed or is currently completing the study unit Methods for Research-based Development Work (or the study unit Research and Development Methods) or has equivalent competences that have been recognized as part of the degree through a demonstration of competence or credit transfer.

Opinnäytetyön tekeminen edellyttää ohjauksiin osallistumista, pakollisia ohjauksia on noin 3-4 kertaa/ työ.
