The student is able to
- present justified suggestions for development in relation to working life
- conceptualize phenomena related to working life based on research results

Osallistu opinnäytetyön infoon, tee aiheanalyysi, jonka jälkeen opinnäytetyölle määritellään oma ohjaaja ja työskentely jatkuu oman ohjaajan tuella ohjausryhmissä ja tuki- ja menetelmäpajoissa.

Qualifications

The prerequisite for starting the thesis is that the student has completed or is currently completing the study unit Methods for Research-based Development Work (or the study unit Research and Development Methods) or has equivalent competences that have been recognized as part of the degree through a demonstration of competence or credit transfer.
