Learning outcomes
The student is able to:
- describe the central physiotherapy methods and their foundations in promoting of the client’s functioning (physical treatments, manipulation of soft tissues, mobilization, and stabilization of joints)
- select and use appropriate physiotherapy methods in a safe and justified manner
- assess the suitability and effectiveness of these methods

Teaching methods
After completing the course, the student will be able to:
- Describe various methods in physiotherapy that support the patient´s activity level (e.g. pain treatment methods, soft tissues techniques, mobilization and stabilization of joints)
- Choose, utilize and justify adequate and safe methods in physiotherapy
- Assess the usability, effectiveness and overall impact of different methods in pysiotherapy
