The student is able to
- understand the hierarchy and significance of the legal sources of administrative law and apply what they have learnt in their decision-making to good governance.
- understand the administrative functions and principles for operational decisions
- apply the topical, gradual and regional division of competency in State administration in their work.
- understand the key content of the administrative and municipal law and be able to apply legal norms in practice in working life.
- understand administrative-legal principles and their significance
