Learning outcomes

The student is able to

- plan and develop services by applying service design thinking

This study unit is carried out mainly virtually (weeks 35-46), but it has two contact sessions during the autumn:

This study unit is carried out mainly virtually (weeks 35-46), but it has two contact sessions during the autumn:

The rest of the time is work in teams by employing Laurea's learning approach, Learning by Developing. This means that students might need to work even face to face to boost their teamwork.
Students will work on developing new service ideas for clients by implementing Design Thinking and intercultural theories.
The study unit integrates English language studies, following the Learning by Developing learning model.
