- apply user-centered design principles and methodologies in the development of digital services
- analyse the opportunities of user-centered design and implementation processes in the development of digital services
- conduct end-user research according to the ethical norms of the field

Päivätoteutus. Opintojakso toteutetaan lähiopetuksena. Sisältöön kuuluu teoreettinen osuus ja LbD-projekti aidolle asiakkaalle.
