Evaluating the Need for Treatment and Utilizing Digital Services at a Nurse's Reception (4 op)

Tavoitteet

The student is able to
• describe the principles of reliably assessing the need for care at a nurse's reception
• describe and justify clinical research and data collection methods in assessing the care needs of clients of different ages
• describe the principles of recommending further treatment so that the patient can receive help in a timely and effortless manner
• apply their knowledge of the safe implementation of minor procedures in an out-patient clinic
• assess and compare the suitability of electronic services and digital solutions from the perspective of different user groups
• use and utilise electronic services, digital solutions and remote technology in client care and to support decision-making
• plan successful online interactions and service situations and digital care paths using different applications and environments
• guide clients with self-care and as users of digital services, as producers and holders of their health data
• plan, implement and evaluate group guidance together with clients and other operators
• utilise evidence-based information and recommendations in their work at a nurse’s reception
