- explore possibilities to safeguard, manage, and leverage intellectual property as a competitive advantage.
- explore the realm of intellectual property rights and their strategic significance within technology companies and other innovative organizations by investigate the domain of intellectual property rights and their strategic implications in the context of technology companies and other innovative organisations.
- explore the legal complexities associated with the commercialization of high technology ventures.
- critically analyse an IPR strategy of a technology organisation.
- suggest improvements, develop or propose elements for an operational IPR policy or an employee invention policy for a technology organisation
