Tavoitteet

Opintojakson suoritettuaan opiskelija
- on tutustunut hyvän tieteellisen käytännön ohjeisiin
- tunnistaa omat oikeutensa ja velvollisuutensa opinnäytetyöntekijänä
- osaa noudattaa ja soveltaa hyvän tieteellisen käytännön ohjeita omassa opinnäytetyössään
- tuntee opinnäytetyön kannalta keskeiset henkilötietojen käsittelyyn liittyvät säädökset
- osaa arvioida eettisen ennakkoarvioinnin tarpeellisuuden opinnäytetyönsä tai tutkimuksensa kannalta

The course is part of the thesis process for Master’s students (YAMK) who started their studies in 2021 in programs taught in English. Students that have begun their studies later will study the content of this course as part of the "Developing and Management of Studying Skills in Master's Studies" course. For more information, see the intranet page "Thesis in Master's studies."

Enrollment for the course is done via Pakki. Enrollments are processed almost daily. You will receive a completion record for the course within two weeks after finishing. During holiday periods, enrollments and completion records are processed less frequently.
