Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- renew human resources and personnel practices in accordance with a company’s field of business and business strategy
- support the implementation of continuous renewal in a company
- strengthen the resilience of individuals and organisations, act in a resilient and agile manner in the changing operating environments of working life
- promote the ability of supervisors to lead with a coaching management style
