Learning outcomes
The student will be able to
- describe different creative and artistic activities to promote well-being at work
- ideate the application of their own skills as a service for well-being at work
- describe the principles and future prospects of customer orientation in the development of their own service or activity model
- use the tools of service design to productise their own creative skills
