Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- develop human resources and personnel practices in accordance with a company’s line of business and business strategy
- describe a company's current competences and development needs
- establish competence development paths and use practices that support continuous learning
- justify the importance of engagement in a company's development and management
- co-create on platforms and in contact meetings by utilising e.g. facilitation techniques and service design
