Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- use the basic terms of marketing
- define the goals and metrics for marketing and sales
- apply the marketing mix framework to an organization responsibly*
- acquire customer information, define target groups, and describe the customer journey
- act and communicate in a customer-oriented manner in sales situations
- carry out a marketing development project**
