Learning outcomes

The students is able to
- interact in various social situations
- develop one’s Finnish skills utilizing the Finnish speaking society and environment
- reflect on Finnish lifestyle, policies and services of everyday life
- use the most frequent grammar structures to convey one’s message
- reach the target level A2.1-A2.2 in CEFR

Teaching methods

The course consists of contact lessons at Porvoo campus and in zoom. Alsos independent and group assignments in Canvas.

Students workload

Student's work load consists of attending contacts lessons and completing the assignments.

The course assessment is threefold:
1) A vocabulary test
2) An individual video of your life
3) A short essay
