Teaching methods
Welcome to this collaborative online course!
In this course we will examine the ethical dilemmas in nursing and in healthcare professions. During the course students we will also analyze country specific ethical guidelines that are guiding the healthcare professionals work in Finland, UK, Rwanda and Belgium. During this course, nursing students will be able to compare their experiences related to ethical dilemmas in nursing and discuss about them with colleagues from different countries.
Learning context can change very rapidly in education, this COIL project can help students to develop intercultural competences and learn with?and from?nursing students from other countries.?In this course there will be nursing students and teachers participating from Rwanda, UK, Finland, Botswana, and Belgium.?
Participants and Admission requirements
max 20 nursing students from each participating country
The course is recommended to nursing students who have been in clinical placement

Intensive course of 4 weeks
