Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- Explain the principles of service design and design thinking
- Use service design processes and methods
- Facilitate co-creational workshops
- Apply service design process and methods in the context of facility management

Teaching methods

During the course the basic principals and theory on Service Design is explained. In addition the students will work with company case, which is concentrated in developing spesifically facility services or facility related issues. The course will be conducted in teams and it is suitable for anyone, but specifically for those who are interested in real estate or facility management.

Location and time

The course includes 3 online days and independent working with the case. The dates are informed in the timetable.
