Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- apply the biopsychosocial framework in the rehabilitation of clients with pain
- use empowering methods of interaction in encountering clients with pain
- assess a client’s experience of pain and its impact on their functional ability using evidence-based assessment methods
- implement individualised evidence-based methods for guiding a client’s pain behaviour and pain management.
