Description
Kestävän kasvun johtamisen YAMK-ohjelmassa paneudutaan kestävään kehitykseen, kestävään kasvuun ja kiertotalouteen. Opiskelun aikana luodaan, käytännön toiminnan kautta, kestävän kasvun uutta kasvuparadigmaa. Päätavoitteena on luoda pitkäkestoista arvoa kehittäen taitoja, jotka tukevat siirtymistä kestävämpään liiketoiminnalliseen tulokseen. Kasvua tarkastellaan yksilön, yrityksen ja yhteiskunnan näkökulmista. Kumppanuusverkostojen kautta luodaan kestäviä ratkaisuja ja vaikutetaan yhteiskunnalliseen päätöksentekoon. Ytimessä on uudistumisen prosessit olemassa olevien resurssien puitteissa. Huomioidaan monitahoisuutta, hyödynnetään systeemiajattelun työkaluja ja otetaan haltuun arvonluonnin prosessit operatiivisella, taktisella ja strategisella tasolla.
