Learning outcomes

The goal is to develop competence is three areas:

1. Advocacy work

The student is able to
- search for information about different associations
- assess the different levels of advocacy and how they are linked to each other
- assess the effectiveness of different organisations
- tell about the basics of carrying out your own advocacy work
- assess their own ability to advocate or influence
- act independently in advocacy work
- promote responsibility in decision-making
- use concepts in a consistent manner
- find out what to do about issues decided at the municipal level
- apply the basics of association activities

2. Argumentation skills
- apply the basics of high-quality argumentation
- argue clearly and in a controlled manner in conversation and debate
- assess the effectiveness of their own argumentation

3. Meeting practices

The student is able to
- follow meeting practices and knows how to act accordingly
- describe the decision-making process
