- utilise Information technology service management tools (ITSM) as part of good information management practices
- describe the key concepts of IT service management
- utilise overall architecture models in the development of IT services
- describe the importance of the overall architecture in the business development of the company

Qualifications

To participate in the study unit, you must have completed the study unit Basics of Digital Service or have equivalent knowledge.
