- describe the basic functioning of the digestive system and the effects of its regulation and of physical activity on nutrition
- describe and recognise the significance of nutrition for the well-being of people of different ages
- assess a client’s body composition and support dietary habits that promote the client’s well-being
- plan operating methods that take physical activity and nutrition into account in promoting a client’s well-being in a comprehensive manner.
