Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- describe the national social security system
- define and interpret the rehabilitation income security package suitable for the rehabilitee
- ascertain the primary and secondary payers and benefits suitable for the rehabilitee’s situation and rehabilitation service
- guide the client in applying for benefits and preparing applications
- utilise and consult a cooperation network in demanding situations relating to the client’s income security
- guide the client in various appeal, complaint and objection situations.
