Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- describe the different areas of work capacity of working-age people and understand the purpose of vocational rehabilitation
- describe regional labour markets and the areas and methods of vocational rehabilitation
- evaluate the rehabilitee’s work capacity and guide them in a client-oriented manner to the correct vocational rehabilitation service
- prepare realistic, concrete and justified vocational rehabilitation plans in cooperation with the rehabilitee and various parties
- guide the client in applying for vocational rehabilitation financial assistance and income security from the correct responsible party and evaluate the correct time for applying
- improve the client’s capabilities to find employment and enter working life, return to their work, continue in their work and stay in working life by means of vocational rehabilitation.
