Learning outcomes

The student is able to:
- define the system formed by Finland’s social and health care services and explain their significance and connection to rehabilitation counselling
- differentiate between the responsibilities for organising social and health care services
- determine the legal grounds for the priority of rehabilitation services
- present the laws governing the processing of personal data and comply with the confidentiality and non-disclosure practices of the social services and health care sector.
