The student is able to
- describe the concepts related to digital health care services
- discuss the challenges and opportunities related to the implementation of remote technologies and digital services in health promotion
- describe and explain what kind of services and solutions are available and their future development
- support and guide the client to improve his or her health independently as a user of digital services and as a contributor and a possessor of information about well-being
- use and take advantage of digital services, digital solutions and remote technology in the interaction in care relationship and in health promotion
- describe research results obtained on the influence of digital services and the known good practices in the field
- participate in development networks that aim to develop new digital working methods and operating models based on customer understanding
