The student is able to
- explain the basic concepts, principles and terms of testing
- distinguish the different roles and tasks related to testing and understand their meaning
- design test cases and functionally test software
- utilise different testing methods and testing techniques
- report testing results and findings in a planned and comprehensible manner
- automate testing

To participate in the study unit, you must have completed the first-year studies in information technology or have equivalent knowledge.
