Learning outcomes
The student is able to
- present justified suggestions for development in relation to working life

Teaching methods
Yhteisiä aloitusseminaareja on kolme kertaa vuodessa (syys-, tammi- ja huhtikuussa).
Aloitusseminaariin osallistuminen on hyvin suositeltavaa - sen jälkeen sinulla on tarvittavat tiedot opinnäytetyön aloittamiseen ja loppuunviemiseen. Voit kuitenkin aloittaa opinnäytetyön teon myös lähettämällä sähköpostia: birgit.aurela@laurea.fi
Seminaarit ja ohjaukset ovat yleensä tiistai-iltapäivisin klo 12.30-18. Tarkista aina Optiman aikataulusta mihin aikaan on esityksiä ja/tai sovi erikseen tapaaminen ohjaajasi kanssa.
Qualifications
The prerequisite for starting the thesis is that the student has completed or is currently completing the study unit Methods for Research-based Development Work (or the study unit Research and Development Methods) or has equivalent competences that have been recognized as part of the degree through a demonstration of competence or credit transfer.
