Learning outcomes

The students will be able to
assess the effectiveness of services promoting health and well-being and the need for reform from the individual’s and society’s perspective
plan, implement and evaluate the multidisciplinary community and network of experts as part of an innovation project
use applicable research, project and service design methods in innovation projects
evaluate the results, process and outcome of an innovation project in relation to set goals
recognise the special features of entrepreneurship in socialand health care services and its significance in the service system
produce and describe a new product, service or business idea

Materials

Part 1. material will be given during the contact lessons
Part 2. material will be informed during the oriention & material given during the lessons.
Part. 3. material will be given on the first workshop
Part 4.
- Stickdorn et al. 2018. This is service design methods.
- Other study material will be provided during the contact lessons
