Employer connections

The LbD project will be conducted in collaboration with Norio-Keskus (http://www.norio-keskus.fi /). Topic of the project will be transition phase of young persons with rare diseases. The group will participate 5.9.18 seminar, which provides information of the topic and where the group will act as volunteer assistants. The aim of the project is to provide information and development ideas for young persons with rare illnesses.
