Tavoitteet

The student is able to
- plan and implement a customer-oriented event as a service concept
- manage the implementation process of an event in a goal-oriented and responsible manner
- evaluate an event from different perspectives (goals, financing, functionality, customer satisfaction)

We will be doing a Christmast party for Laurea Leppävaara & Otaniemi staff members. The partyday will be published later (not decided yet). Must be present on first day and also on event.other compulsory lessons will be announced on first contact lesson.
